Falafel Platter

A real favourite at any event. Always the first to go, so if you are thinking how many to get always add another as there are 35 peices on this platter which never seems to be enough! 

The platter is made up of 35 peices of quarter pockets of pitta bread filled with a falafel ball and salad with a central tahina dip.
